Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once our order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website.
 Pana UK Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy & security. We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information to any third party. Any information we obtain will always be used in compliance with all data protection. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us.

Credit  /  Debit Cards

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta.

The company reserves the right to decline any order where there is a discrepancy in card details.


Deliveries will be dispatched on a 3-5 working day dispatch time & will be sent via Royal Mail service. Northern Ireland may take 2-4 days. Although we offer a next day delivery service to most areas of the UK mainland some remote areas may take longer and we can not completely GUARANTEE next day delivery as occasionally there may be unforeseen problems which may be out of our control.

Returns Policy

Retail

We accept the return of all damaged or faulty items only if they are returned and in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt (it must be within our possession within 14 days of receipt). Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be liable for the cost of the postage to return the goods; this does not affect your statutory rights. Should you be unhappy with any aspect of your purchase you must inform us immediately upon receipt by email or by telephone stating the problem. If you have not contacted us regarding your return by email or by phone then we will not be able to accept your return.

We do not refund sale items but will happily exchange or credit the account and include free postage for you to purchase an item of choice, Refunds or exchanges will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. Goods must be returned by a recorded service to ensure that they are received. If you chose not send the item by recorded delivery we cannot guarantee they will be received.

Any returns outside this timescale will be returned back to you or issued with a credit note, unless there are exceptional circumstances and are at Pana UK Ltd discretion.

For health and safety reasons no returns are accepted for any pierced products or pierced products that are part of a set.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.

 

Pana UK Ltd will not be held responsible for any administration errors made by you the customer once the item has been dispatched, please contact us after checking the order in the confirmation email and letting us know of any changes immediately.

Wholesale   /  Trade

Wholesale/trade orders are considered final sale and are non refundable.

We do not accept returns of unwanted items. We are happy to supply a credit note in exchange for an item/s not wanted within 14 days of you receiving the item/s.
For any damaged or faulty items if they are returned within 7 working days and in their original packaging and condition. We will exchange them. You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods.

Please note, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee on cancellation/exchanges (up to 10%)

                                                                                                                                                                                                      Due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of products.If an item is no longer available, then you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order for that item.

The price on the website do not include Vat. Invoice will be sent together with goods.

If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

If a product you have ordered has an incorrect price due to an error we have made,
